Birla High Power supplies generators, agricultural equipment and related products to customers in India. Delivery availability, delivery charges, estimated dispatch time and transit time may vary by product, destination, stock availability, order quantity and logistics conditions.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after order confirmation and, where applicable, successful payment or other agreed commercial formalities. Dispatch timelines are estimates and may change due to stock availability, production, documentation, payment verification, transport capacity, public holidays, weather, regulatory restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
2. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and other information required for delivery. Delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer’s responsibility.
3. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect the package and product upon delivery. Where practical, photograph or video the package before opening, particularly if there is visible damage. Any visible transit damage should be reported promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with supporting evidence.
4. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Birla High Power will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays once they become known.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is restricted, required documents are unavailable, or the customer refuses delivery without an accepted reason, additional delivery, storage, re-dispatch or transportation charges may apply where permitted.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping and transportation charges, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of quotation, order confirmation, invoice or checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, taxes, installation, unloading, special handling, site preparation and other ancillary services may be charged separately.
