Technical specifications may change due to product improvements, component availability or manufacturer updates. Product images may be illustrative and may not always represent every minor configuration detail.
3. Prices and Availability
Prices, availability, taxes, freight, installation and other charges may vary and will be confirmed through the applicable quotation, product page, checkout, order confirmation or invoice. A product displayed on the website does not by itself guarantee availability.

Generators and machinery must be installed, connected, fuelled, operated and maintained in accordance with the relevant product documentation and applicable safety requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring that installations and electrical connections are carried out by appropriately qualified persons where required.
7. Warranty and Service
Applicable warranty and service obligations are governed by the product-specific warranty documentation and applicable law. Warranty coverage may be subject to proper installation, operation, maintenance and use of recommended consumables.
8. Intellectual Property
The Birla High Power name, logos, product photographs, text, graphics, designs and other website content are owned by or licensed to Birla High Power / Birla Allchem Private Limited or their respective owners and may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
9. Prohibited Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy website content in a manner that violates applicable law, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
